Penetapan tersangka dilakukan setelah Tim Jaksa Agung Muda Tindak Pidana Khusus (JAM PIDSUS) melakukan penggeledahan di lima lokasi di Jakarta pada Jumat (11\/4\/2025).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dalam penggeledahan tersebut, penyidik menyita barang bukti berupa uang tunai dalam berbagai mata uang, termasuk SGD 40.000, USD 5.700, 200 Yuan, serta lebih dari Rp150 juta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSelain uang, penyidik juga menyita sejumlah kendaraan mewah seperti Ferrari Spider, Nissan GT-R, dan Mercedes Benz dari kediaman salah satu tersangka AR, yang merupakan advokat,\u201d ujar Kepala Pusat Penerangan Hukum Kejagung, Dr. Harli Siregar, dalam konferensi pers di Jakarta, Sabtu (12\/4\/2025) malam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sebelumnya, ketiga perusahaan tersebut dituntut membayar uang pengganti senilai total Rp17 triliun. Namun, dalam putusannya, majelis hakim Pengadilan Tipikor Jakarta Pusat menyatakan ketiganya tidak bersalah, meskipun terbukti melakukan perbuatan sebagaimana dakwaan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Putusan tersebut menyatakan ontslag van alle recht vervolging, atau lepas dari segala tuntutan hukum. Kemudian, penyidik menduga putusan tersebut dipengaruhi oleh praktik suap yang melibatkan para tersangka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Saat ini, keempat tersangka telah ditahan di rumah tahanan berbeda untuk 20 hari ke depan. WG ditahan di Rutan KPK Jakarta Timur, AR di Rutan Kejari Jakarta Selatan, sementara MAN dan MS ditahan di Rutan Salemba Cabang Kejaksaan Agung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para tersangka disangkakan melanggar Pasal 5, Pasal 6, Pasal 11, dan Pasal 12 Undang-Undang Tindak Pidana Korupsi dengan ancaman pidana berat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cPenahanan dilakukan untuk mempercepat proses penyidikan dan mencegah kemungkinan hilangnya barang bukti serta intervensi terhadap saksi-saksi,\u201d pungkas Harli seraya menegaskan bahwa Kejagung akan terus mengembangkan perkara ini guna mengungkap keterlibatan pihak lain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sementara, berdasarkan laman resmi Direktori Putusan Mahkamah Agung RI, sidang putusan kasus ini digelar di Pengadilan Tipikor Jakarta Pusat pada Rabu (19\/3\/2025) lalu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Majelis hakim dalam perkara tersebut terdiri dari Ketua Majelis Hakim Djuyamto dengan anggota Ali Muhtarom dan Agam Syarief Baharudin. Sedangkan panitera pengganti Agnasia Marliana Tubalawony.
