CGCAE melalui Kasi Penkum dan Humas Kejati Sulut Theodorus Rumampuk, SH., MH., kepada jejakpublik.com, Selasa (23\/04\/2024).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Satu dari kelima tersangka adalah mantan Sekretaris Daerah (Sekda) Kabupaten Minut Periode 2017-2021, yang juga menjabat Kepala Dinas Pangan Pemkab Minut berinisial Ir. JK., MA., (59).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selain JK, juga ditetapkan tersangka dan ditahan 4 pelaku lainnya masing-masing berinisial:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 YM, S.KEP (38) yang adalah ASN di RSUD Maria Walanda Maramis Kabupaten Minut sebagai PPTK<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 S yang adalah ASN di Pemkab Minut sebagai Pelaksana Bagian Penggadaan Barang dan Jasa<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 VL, S.STP., MM., yang adalah PNS Pemkab Minut<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 ML (47), Wiraswasta dan juga Pendeta Muda di Pelayanan GPDI Anugraha Airmadidi, Minut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Disebutkan bahwa tersangka YM, S, VL dan ML secara bersama-sama, dengan tersangka JK diduga malakukan Tindak Pidana Korupsi dalam pembelian lahan perluasan RSUD Walanda Maramis Kabupaten Minahasa Utara yang mengakibatkan kerugian keuangan negara sebesar Rp. 19.763.500.000,- berdasarkan Hasil Perhitungan Kerugian Keuangan Negara oleh BPK RI. Para tersangka diduga keras telah melakukan Tindak Pidana Korupsi sebagaimana Pasal 2 ayat (1) jo Pasal 3 jo Pasal 18 UU No .31 tahun 1999 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi sebagaimana telah diubah dan ditambahkan oleh UU No. 20 tahun 2001 tentang Perubahan Atas UU No. 31 tahun 1999 tentang pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi jo Pasal 55 ayat (1) Ke-1 KUHPidana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Berdasarkan Surat Perintah Penahanan (Tahap Penyidikan) Kepala Kejati Sulut, kelima tersangka tersebut ditahan di Rumah Tahanan Manado Kelas IIA selama 20 hari terhitung mulai tanggal 22 April 2024 sampai dengan 11 Mei 2024.
